Traffic Department

Traffic Department provides responsive civil and traffic engineering services for the planning, design, inspection and maintenance of all traffic control devices and facilities for the following activities: plan for and coordinate future transportation needs; plan and administer construction of public traffic safety improvements; review construction plans for public and private improvement projects; perform daily inspections of public traffic safety improvement projects; perform traffic engineering designs, studies and reviews; manage the leased street light system; maintain all street signs and pavement markings; maintain city owned traffic signals, school beacons and street lights.
