This is the proposed 2006 Capital Outlay Program that has been submitted for review by the City Commission. This proposed budget was developed with input from City Staff, Director of Finance, and City Manager. Also attached are major 2005 Capital Equipment items, which have been identified as needing to be purchased this year. The adoption of the final 2006 Capital Outlay Program is only the first step towards implementation and does not mean that the equipment will be purchased. All major purchases of this nature are resubmitted to the City Manager and taken to the City Commission for final review and approval.
