Chris has worked for the City for the last five years as an Administrative Secretary to the City Manager. Aside from answering the many phone calls that come into City Hall, she has a long list of responsibilities. Chris is the Recording Secretary for the Ft. Scott Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals, Airport Advisory Board, Design Review Board, and Employee Council. She is also the Deputy City Clerk and Assistant Court Clerk.  

Chris lives in Fort Scott with her husband Rick Comstock. They have three children, Hayley, Chase, and Amber and her husband Ryan Hunziker. In addition to her children she has one grandchild, Cadence Hunziker, and is anxiously expecting her second in November.
